We are dedicated to making sure we provide the best customer service possible. As a small business owner, our reputation means everything to us and we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. 

Usually it takes about 5-7 hours for carpets to feel dry to the touch. We recommend waiting a full 24 hours before putting any furniture back down and resuming normal use.

For the average household we recommend cleaning your carpets and area rugs once a year. For upholstery, it can vary from 1-2 years depending on usage and condition of furniture.

Area rugs and carpets should be vacuumed once a week and upholstery once every two weeks with the upholstery attachment from their vacuum.

We ask that no other workers are onsite during the cleaning appointment for a couple of reasons. The main reason is safety. We have hoses and equipment that run from the van into the house and area being cleaned. This can be a trip hazard and dangerous to people trying to work. Also the wet carpet and area rugs can make the transition from wet carpet to hardwood floor slippery. Finally it is in the best interest of your carpets and area rugs to be allowed the time to dry before getting walked on.

During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
